1. Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging, including the label and invoice.
2. Gift Cards Only (No Refunds):
Kinyoi does not offer monetary refunds. Instead, we issue gift cards for eligible returns. Please note that gift cards are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and cannot be extended or reimbursed once expired.
3. Condition of Returned Items:
- Items must be free of scratches, damage, or deformities.
- Original packaging, tags, and invoices must be included.
- For sizing issues, a photo of the item being worn is required.
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please send us an unboxing video. Start recording from the moment you open the sealed tamper-proof bag until the package is fully unwrapped. This helps us resolve the issue promptly.
4. Quality Assurance Check:
All returned items are inspected by our quality assurance team. If the product does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense, and no gift card will be issued.
5. Replacements:
Replacements are only offered for the same product in cases of damage or incorrect items, provided an unboxing video is submitted.
- If the product is out of stock, a gift card of equivalent value will be issued.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift wrapping services, sale items, and products purchased using a gift card cannot be returned.
- Gift cards themselves are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Shipping for Returns:
- If reverse pick-up is unavailable for your location, you may need to arrange return shipping via a local courier service. Shipping charges in such cases will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Returns are only accepted for the original delivery address.
8. Processing Time:
- Once a return is initiated, it typically takes 7-10 working days for the product to reach our warehouse.
- After inspection, a gift card will be issued within 24 working hours and sent to the email address associated with the original order.
9. One-Time Return Policy:
Each product is eligible for return only once.
How to Initiate a Return
To make the return process simple and hassle-free, follow these steps:
1. Visit our website and navigate to the “Return” section at the top of the page
2. Fill out the Return Request Form with the following details:
- Order Number
- Email ID/Mobile Number
- Reason for return
- Upload a photo or video as required (e.g., unboxing video, photo of sizing issue, etc.).
3. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed within 24 working hours. If approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
4. After the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your gift card will be issued within 24 working hours.
Using Your Kinyoi Gift Card
1. At checkout, select the “Pay via Gift Card” option.
2. Enter the gift card code received via email.
3. The gift card amount will be deducted from your total payable amount.
4. Gift cards are valid for 30 days and are non-transferable.
