At Kinyoi, we process all orders received by 2:00 PM (Monday through Saturday) on the same business day. Any orders placed after this time, or on Sundays and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Our shipping services extend to most major cities across India, including many Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and towns. While we are continuously expanding our delivery network and working to improve delivery times, some remote locations may not be serviceable due to the nature of our merchandise. We will keep our customers informed of any developments in our shipping coverage.

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within India. After placing your order, products are shipped from our nearest warehouse location within 3-5 business days, depending on product availability. Following dispatch, delivery typically takes an additional 2-6 business days to reach customers. Therefore, the total delivery window is 3-10 business days within India, excluding the date of order placement.
