Returns & Damage Protection
7-day return window — conditional. Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or if the wrong item was delivered.
Film a continuous unboxing video starting from a sealed parcel — this is required as proof. Returns cannot be processed without it.

Yes — the stainless steel core is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, so it suits most sensitive skin. If you know you react to fashion metals, we still recommend a short patch test before extended wear.
Can I wear it in water or while sweating?
Brief contact with water is fine, but prolonged exposure to pools, the sea, or heavy sweat will shorten the plating's life. Remove before swimming or the gym to keep it looking new.
