Refund And Return Policy

7-day return window — conditional. Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or if the wrong item was delivered.

Film a continuous unboxing video starting from a sealed parcel — this is required as proof. Returns cannot be processed without it.

• Raise the return request within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused and carry all original tags and packaging.
• Change-of-mind returns, size swaps, and try-on returns are not accepted.
• Refunds are initiated within 3 working days of the returned item reaching us.
